Ingrown toenail? ?

I cut my toe nail a little too short in the corner part and now the side of my toe is yellowish and kind of swollen... I put alcohol on it but it's still like that.. what should I do?

ok i thouht that i had an ingrown toenail but it turned ot to jst be a cut dwn the side of my nail, and my actual toe nail was digging into the cut, making it worse.. so first you need to check if that is it.. but i would say that you should call your doctor and ask them to sort it out, because if you do it yourself it can get worse, and also doctors give you medication to help the swelling and infection
